Ask it anything
about your own data.
An assistant inside the system that reads what actually happened and answers in a sentence, then tells you which lookups it ran.
Reports, warnings,
and straight answers
It answers from real lookups
Every figure comes from an actual query against your data, and it shows you which ones it ran. If it cannot see something, it says so — which is the only reason the numbers it does give you are worth anything.
It raises things first
A printer failing, an item running out, a regular who has stopped calling, a festival worth prepping for. You do not have to remember to check, and if it says nothing, nothing is wrong.
Weekly written report
How the week went, what is worth knowing, and what you might do about it. In plain English, not a dashboard.
It prepares changes
Ask it to take an item off the menu and it shows exactly what would change before it does. You press Confirm. It never applies anything on its own.
On every screen
A button in the corner of whatever page you are on, and it knows which page that is, so the suggested questions fit.
On every screen,
and it knows which one
A button in the corner of whatever page you are on. Open it on the menu and it suggests menu questions; open it on billing and it suggests billing ones.
On the order board
"How busy are we compared with last week?" · "Anything stuck?"
On the menu page
"What's unavailable right now?" · "Which items have no Arabic name?"
On billing
"What do I owe, and when is it due?" · "What am I paying for?"
On your phone, during service
The same assistant in the mobile app. Ask it something between orders and get a sentence back, not a report to scroll through.
In your own language
Ask in Arabic, Hindi, Tamil or any of the supported languages and it answers the same way. It is talking to whoever runs the outlet, not to a head office.
