Every call answered.
Every order in the kitchen.

Call2KOT answers every call in seven languages, follows a caller who switches mid-sentence, recognises regulars and sends the order to your kitchen. Your staff stay in control, with a moment to review each one.

The dinner rush

Catch the orders that
used to slip away

Between six and nine your phone rings hardest and your staff are least able to reach it. The order doesn't wait. It goes to the restaurant that picked up.

How it stays safe while staying hands-free

It runs on its own.
You can stop it.
Ten seconds, every order.

A kitchen at eight o'clock cannot tap a screen for every order, so Call2KOT sends them through by itself. But nothing goes unattended — each order sits visible for ten seconds with a countdown, and one tap holds or stops it. Your staff act by exception rather than by routine.

01

It answers

In whatever language the caller opens with, and follows if they switch mid-sentence.

02

It recognises

A returning caller's name, usual order and address, built from their own history.

03

It drafts

Items, quantities, price. Never guesses at something it did not clearly hear.

04

Ten seconds

On screen, counting down. Hold it, edit it, stop it — or let it go.

05

It prints

A ticket, in English, marked whether a person cleared it or it went automatically.

Worth being precise What "hands-free" means here

It does not mean nobody is watching. It means the default is go rather than wait — the order sends itself unless a member of staff intervenes in the first ten seconds. The window is configurable, and it can be set to zero, or turned off entirely so that every order needs a tap.

What it does

Built for how a restaurant
actually runs

Seven languages, one call

Most callers here open in English and drop into Arabic, Hindi, Tamil or another language for one detail, then switch back. The AI follows without being asked. The ticket always prints in English, because that is what your kitchen reads.

// one call, English → Arabic → English
caller en Three chicken shawarma, please
caller ar وزيد عليهم عصير مانجو
caller en Same address as last time
ticket en 3× Chicken Shawarma, 1× Mango Juice

It learns your menu

Staff corrected "zaatar manaeesh" to Zaatar Manakish twice? It stops making that mistake. Every correction teaches it.

Knows the regulars

Name, usual order, address — built from their own order history. Nobody types a customer list.

Warns you what's coming

The next festival — with what you sold on that day last year. Enough notice to order stock.

Works offline

The internet drops, the system keeps taking and printing orders. It catches up when the line returns.

WhatsApp too

The same AI, the same ten-second window. About a third of orders arrive this way once customers know they can. See how it works →

An assistant that reads your data

Ask C2K1 how the week went and it answers from real lookups — "Good week, 312 orders, about 11% up. Friday carried it." Never a figure it did not actually fetch.

C2K1

Ask it how the
week actually went

An assistant built into the system that reads your real data and answers in a sentence, not a dashboard.

It answers from real lookups

Ask how the week went and it says "Good week. 312 orders, about 11% up. Friday carried it." Every figure comes from an actual query, and it shows you which ones it ran.

It tells you before you ask

A printer failing, an outlet gone quiet, a spend ceiling about to bite, a festival worth prepping for. It raises them itself, and if it says nothing, nothing is wrong.

Written reports

A weekly summary in plain English: how it went, what is worth knowing, what you might do about it.

It prepares changes

Ask it to extend a licence and it shows you exactly what would change. You press Confirm. It never applies anything itself.

Honest when it needs a hand

No invented figures. If it cannot see something it says so, which is the only way the numbers it does give you are worth anything.

Where it lives

Your data stays
where you put it

Hotels ask this before anything else, so it is worth answering plainly.

On your own server

A machine in your building, or your own cloud account. We have no access to it.

  • Orders, customers and transcripts never leave your premises
  • Keeps working with the internet unplugged
  • Only a daily licence check and an order count leave the box — no names, no numbers, no addresses
  • Your own audit page, your own retention policy

Fully managed on-premise (we supply and maintain the server) is available on eligible plans — conditions apply.

Fastest to launch

Hosted by us

A UAE region, on infrastructure we run. Nothing to install.

  • Live the same afternoon
  • Updates and backups handled
  • Any support access is recorded, and shows up in your audit page, not just ours
  • Move to your own server later without losing anything
