How we report problems
An outage is posted here and emailed to affected customers. We would rather tell you about something small than have you discover it during service.
What keeps working when something breaks
Call2KOT is built so the parts most likely to fail are not in the ordering path:
- If our platform is down and you run on your own server, ordering, printing and delivery carry on exactly as normal. The licence enters a grace period rather than stopping.
- If the internet drops at your outlet, the system keeps taking and printing orders. It catches up when the line returns.
- If a printer fails, the order is already saved. Staff reprint from the order board.
